As many of you know, correctional officers are at the heart of my work—and the challenges they face stretch far beyond a single facility.

This piece highlights one institution’s struggles, but similar crises exist nationwide. I’m honored to have helped develop training for officers in Bucks County, PA, and even more proud of the overwhelmingly positive response we received. Their job is anything but easy, and I’m grateful for the insights and experiences they shared.
